The Surf n’ Family package is a combination of the Chill Deluxe (mom), Surf Star (dad) and Surf's Up ("kids") for a reduced price and includes:

"Wow. Sabina and Alex have just had their babies, and they already seem to understand what you need when you are with your little ones. Sabina’s parents run a family hotel in Austria, so I guess it’s kind of in her blood. Then there is Petra, a lovely young Swiss lady who seems to be reading your thoughts. Whatever it was, they would do it for us, hardly ever charging us extra.
My husband went surfing in the morning, I took the kids to the Canggu Club, they were happy in the kids’ pool or in one of the playgroups and I had time for myself at the pool. The weather was fine so I soaked up heaps of sun and tranquility. In the afternoons, Chris came and joined us, then we either stayed at the club, went to the beach or back to The Chillhouse. Once we even left the kids with the nanny at The Chillhouse and had a relaxed afternoon and dinner for two. It was wonderful."

"Peter and the kids were so stoked to learn surfing, I could hardly get them out of the water! They ended up doing two sessions a day, and in between they all just crushed at The Chillhouse while I had my massages. We had so much fun and didn’t need that Canggu Club at all. Maybe we never went because they surfed much more than expected. The other family went almost every afternoon, but their kids were smaller and didn’t surf so much. The surfguides are great, they are not only coaches but nannos at the same time.
To be honest, we didn’t see so much of Bali, but we already knew that we’d be coming back for more, so why rush and force it. We would have had the chance to go on trips almost every afternoon, they organise it well, but we’ll save that for next year!"

"It was our first time so far away from home. A tropical premiere. It was a really long flight, but when we arrived it was worth it. Amazing. Bali is wonderful. We are from Austria, so we are not used to the climate like on Bali, but during daytime it was not too hot. There was always a little wind, and we had air-conditions in our bungalows.The moskitos were annoying, but they only came after sunset until dinner. Pak NuNung gave us a lotion and we were fine.
Robert and I don’t surf, we are too old for that, but we always wanted to give Lukas and Stefanie the opportunity to learn it, because they have seen it on TV and they also snowboard. So we came to The Chillhouse, and everything Sabina and Alex promised us was true. So much fun for them, so relaxing for us, and a great time together, far away from home!"
