Surf only

"Unfortunately I booked too late, so there was no more space available to stay at The Chillhouse. I was quite bummed, but then Petra, the lady responsible for reservations, told me about this "surf only" option. So I stayed at a place nearby in the Canggu area (a homestay close to Tugu) and The Chillhouse team came to pick me up every morning to go surfing.
It was only me and one more lad with our coach, so we were being taken care of and learned a lot. We were at the right spot at the right time, considering our relatively poor surfing level. Coming from England, I am used to cold water and a wetsuit, so I was surprised at how easy I paddled in tropical waters. It makes such a difference. And the fact that they have a maximum of two guests per coach is amazing. I’m stoked on this holiday and can’t wait to be back, hopefully not only surfing but also staying at The Chillhouse!"
