Don’t panic, it’s organic!
We strongly believe that the MSG-free approach is the best for the well being of us and our guests! So we get the veggies from organic farmers in the hilly heart of Bali, local as well as Australian free range meat, fish from the waters surrounding Bali, and Sabina’s homemade marmalade.
A hearty breakfast is not only the start of the day no matter when you get up. That's why we do brekkie / brunch buffets from 06:00 - 13:00 varying from sweet / western to spicy / Indonesian as the day goes on.
Dinner is either four-course, buffet or BBQ. Always all you can eat. You can choose between a fish / meat or a vegetarian main course. We serve a good mix of Asian and Western food to cater all desires.
If you are hungry in the afternoons, our menu offers healthy snacks with a bit of a Thai, Indian and Moroccan touch.
